This conference, organised within the framework of the EU project “Access to Health Care for Undocumented Migrants”, aims to bring together NGOs, local authorities, health care providers, policy makers, researchers and other professionals to discuss the health care challenges facing undocumented migrants. To set the stage, the first day of the conference will focus on:

i) the project findings;
      ii) the potential of the social inclusion process, human rights and public health strategies
         to advance undocumented migrants’ access to health services in Europe
      iii) some urgent priorities regarding the health care needs of undocumented migrants.

During the second day, special attention will be paid to examples of good practices in
                                      terms of providing assistance and conducting advocacy involving
                                      cooperation among different actors at the local, national and
                                      European levels.
