Report
of the ad hoc working group
An
“ad hoc working group on irregular migrants” of the Council of Europe met on
17-18 december 2003 to discuss obstacles to effective access to minimum rights
for undocumented migrants. The purpose of this meeting was to assist the
consultant’s research in this area with a view to the preparation of a report
in 2004, which is also expected to include recommendations.
